We are looking for a management assistant who would like to support two managers and their teams in the department of agribusiness. On the one hand you will have your own tasks and work independently. On the other hand you will also work closely together with the two other MA's of the department to make sure everything runs smoothly. Your responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and monitor appointments and meetings for the two managers.
- Schedule, organize and participate in team meetings, and follow-up on the decisions/conclusions.
- Assist with organizing national and international events.
- Organize business trips nationally and internationally (this includes tickets, hotels, visas, expense claims, etc.).
- Handle incoming and outgoing (international) phone calls.
- Process travel expense declarations and invoice payments.
- Efficiently manage and centralize departmental information using tools like SharePoint and Viva Engage.
- Extend a warm welcome to international clients visiting the office in person.
- Handle confidential information in a discrete manner.
Dit verwachten we van jou
- HBO/Bachelor level of working and thinking (or equivalent to this).
- You have gained at least 3 years of relevant work experience in a similar role (having work experience in a financial institution is strongly preferred).
- You enjoy working in an international and multicultural environment.
- Experience with visa applications.
- Excellent knowledge of English (spoken as well as written).
- Extensive knowledge of Outlook, SharePoint, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- You are used to working independently and are able to set priorities.
- You are discrete regarding confidential information.

Procedure
