About the job
This is a two year intensive program in which you will work on different assignments by executing one (or more) operational role(s) in combination with an extensive personal and professional development program. You'll get the opportunity to gain challenging work experience and discover your strengths.
You are part of the Business Line PMO team and together with your colleagues and internal customers, you are responsible for driving the roll-out and embedding of projects. You'll have the opportunity to participate, lead & implement PMO improvements projects. You will pro-actively assist, enable and challenge all stakeholders to contribute to efficient product development. You will do this in cooperation with colleagues in involved sectors, such as Finance, Development & Engineering, Manufacturing and Customer Support.
This traineeship is unique because of the combination of a challenging personal and professional development program combined with a job in an international and leading high-tech organization. After one year you will switch environments and move to a different business line team within PMO. On top of that you get the opportunity to join one (or more) exciting Continuous Improvement initiatives.
During the intensive training and development program, you will be coached on personal and professional development, both by senior managers and by your dedicated Talent Coach. You'll have peer-coaching sessions with other trainees and receive training and workshops that will contribute to your future development. A great way to share your experiences with and learn from your fellow trainees!
What can you expect after finishing the traineeship?
After successfully completing this traineeship, you will be offered a job at the company. The exact position your career starts with will depend heavily on your own professional ambition and the development you make during the traineeship. While it is possible to move into a coordinating/managerial role, you can also opt to continue developing your technical expertise. In other words, there are ample opportunities to continue your career in a direction that's right for you!

The procedure will consist of the following rounds: a CV and motivation selection, a capacity test, a personal interview with the recruiter of this vacancy, an interview round at the Talent Developer and an assessment day.
