Over de functie

  • You will support the account managers with the administrative tasks and you will provide the required information.
  • Coordination of the input of different departments in order to fulfil customers' requirements.
  • Delivery of information, in the correct format, of all the account information including relevant services and discounts to the back office.
  • Acting as the primary contact person for small and medium sized accounts in the assigned region.
  • Working according to company procedures where it comes to standard contracts, proposals, power of delegation.
  • Consultative sales support to all customers in the area as to the former product and services portfolio.
  • Maintaining good relationships with customers in order to increase customer satisfaction;
  • Timely monthly reporting.
  • Following up leads in a timely and consistent manner.
  • • Proper funnel management by using the appropriate CRM tools.
  • • Regular analysis of the reported figures in order to be able to steer on revenue per service per customer.

Wat wij vragen

  • MBO/HBO level.
  • English as first or second language.
  • Excellent and professional relationship building skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office - Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • Preferably well known with SAP.
