Over de functie

Our client is looking for a secretary to support a department of around 50 employees. You will work with two other secretaries and together you are responsible to support the management team and the department. 

The most important tasks and responsibilities are:

  • Provide support to the Director a/o selective managers regarding calendar management.
  • Plan meetings for the MT and the department.
  • Provide support to other members of other teams, if necessary.
  • Planning, organizing, and monitoring appointments for external meetings.
  • Deal with (international) telephone conversations.
  • Assist with organizing business trips (tickets, hotel, visa etc).
  • Process travel declaration costs, payment of invoices etc.
  • Provide support for national and international events.
  • Receive international clients at the office.
  • Be discrete regarding confidential information.
  • Managing and monitoring client administration in a computer complex ICT system.

Wat wij vragen

  • At least 5-10 years of relevant working experience in a similar role preferably within a financial institution.
  • Excellent knowledge (spoken and written) of both Dutch and English whereas Spanish is a plus.
  • Solid experience with Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with complex administrative systems.
