Over de functie
- You will support the account managers with the administrative tasks and you will provide the required information.
- Coordination of the input of different departments in order to fulfil customers' requirements.
- Delivery of information, in the correct format, of all the account information including relevant services and discounts to the back office.
- Acting as the primary contact person for small and medium sized accounts in the assigned region.
- Working according to company procedures where it comes to standard contracts, proposals, power of delegation.
- Consultative sales support to all customers in the area as to the former product and services portfolio.
- Maintaining good relationships with customers in order to increase customer satisfaction;
- Timely monthly reporting.
- Following up leads in a timely and consistent manner.
- • Proper funnel management by using the appropriate CRM tools.
- • Regular analysis of the reported figures in order to be able to steer on revenue per service per customer.
Wat wij vragen
- MBO/HBO level.
- English as first or second language.
- Excellent and professional relationship building skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office - Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Preferably well known with SAP.
