- Coordination of the input of different departments in order to fulfil customers' requirements.
- Acting as the primary contact person for small and medium sized accounts in the assigned region.
- Working according to company procedures where it comes to standard contracts, proposals, power of delegation.
- Implement the distribution policy as formulate by management.
- Provide sales support for assigned customers.
- Maintain excellent business relationships to increase customer satisfaction.
- Following up leads in a timely and consistent manner.
- Work in a team with sales managers to achieve revenue annual targets.
- Coordination of account management with credit, collections and billing teams to ensure successful terms and minimal exposure.
- Educate customers on business practice and associated contractual implications.
- Confirm customer queries are responded to timely and adequately by the team with an escalation path when required.
- Sales Support provides customers with product information regarding the entire maritime product portfolio.

Wat wij vragen
- MBO/HBO level.
- English as first or second language.
- Excellent and professional relationship building skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office - Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook.
- Preferably well known with SAP.
